Created especially for babies and toddlers, Bodyclock Junior uses our natural response to light to help your child establish a good sleep routine.

As most new parents know, babies have sleeping and waking times all of their own, regardless of whether it's day or night. During the first few months, your baby needs regular cycles of light and dark to help them develop their own circadian rhythm, the 24-hour internal clock that controls our sleep and wake patterns.

Using Bodyclock Junior at bedtime and in the morning creates a sleeping environment that's closer to nature and provides the sunset and sunrise cues your baby needs to learn about day and night.
