Shipping and Delivery Information.

United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mail and/or UK couriers for delivery.

All of our orders require a signature on receipt of the goods.

All UK orders which have paid a delivery charge will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post or by Courier.

All promotional "Free Delivery" products will be sent using 2nd Class Royal Mail post.

Scotland-Highlands-There are no additional charges as we use Royal Mail for domestic deliveries.

If you need your order urgently then please do telephone us as we can often support Next Day Delivery orders, but please check as availability and additional charges will apply. 

Rest of Europe

We ship to all European countries.  Up to a limit of 2kg per parcel.  This means that there are some products we are unable to ship overseas.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, so please use this to estimate shipping charges.

We can only track parcels up to the transfer to your country's postal service.  The parcel will then become your responsibility and we cannot track or claim for items which become lost.

Customs charges and delays.

Many international orders will be subject to Customs and Import Charges, these will be your responsibility.  Unless ordered and invoiced by other parties we are unable to mark items as being "gifts" on the customs labels.

Customs Delays.  Be aware that Customs and Import Officers may open and inspect parcels and this may result in delays.  These are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates International

Typical costs for items.

As an example an average Grobag Baby Sleeping Bag will weigh 500-600grammes.

There is a limit of 2kg per parcel, so orders over 2kg will be sent as additional parcels and this impacts on the shipping charges.
